From Monday, July 22, to Friday, July 26, we’re joining our friends at RALtoday in celebrating Drink Up Week, a time to celebrate beverages and beverage makers in Raleigh.

Our special for the week, “From the Train Car,” was created by Willard mixologist Conley Marie in collaboration with Mystic Farm & Distillery and features several delicious North Carolina ingredients, like Mystic Bourbon, the flavors of Little Waves Coffee Roasters coffee, and locally grown pecans. Conley and this cocktail are competing in the 2024 NCRLA Chef Showdown, so come try it out and let us know what you think!

From the Train Car: mystic bourbon, d’usse cognac, coconut cream liqueur, heavy cream, and pecan and coffee bean orgeat made with house-made blossom water. Served in a rocks glass dipped in a caramelized coffee-finished-bourbon simple and garnished with a stroopwafel. ($16)
