Join us for our third class on August 27th, at 6:30PM, in the Taste Like a Pro Wine Series: “What’s in the Glass?” a deeper dive into the structure and characteristics of wine, perfect for beginners and casual enthusiasts alike! Building on our previous lessons, we’ll further explore the concepts of body, acidity, tannins, sweetness, and alcohol in wine.
This isn’t your typical wine pairing class! Instead of matching specific wines to specific foods, you’ll be presented with Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Shiraz. You’ll then discover how these wines complement (or even clash with!) a small salad with a bright vinaigrette, a spicy dish, a creamy pasta, and semi-sweet chocolate. Crackers or bread will be provided as a palate cleanser, and gluten-free options are available upon request.
