What You’ll Learn:
You’ll master the five basic tastes (sweet, sour, salty, bitter, and umami) and learn to describe wine like a pro using the 5 S’s (See, Swirl, Smell, Sip, Savor) method. We’ll explore how simple foods interact with different wines, helping you understand what enhances or clashes with their flavors.
Small bites will be provided to highlight each of the five basic tastes, along with a palate cleanser (crackers/bread, with gluten-free options available).
